Apple will release two new models of Apple Watch 2 This Year

The well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo spoke to AppleInsider and MacRumors, that Apple plans to release two new models of Apple Watch in 2016.

The design of the larger Apple Watch 2 will be not be different from the present model, but will include new internal components, such as GPS radio, barometer, thinner display and a faster processor which will be build on 16nm technology from TSMC.

These hardware components will also need a bigger battery, according to Kuo. The smaller version of Apple Watch 2 for 2016 will have identical design and some updated components, as, of course, and at a lower price.

According to Kuo, Apple will present new models of smart watches one month after the announcement of the iPhone 7, in October.
