Roku’s latest giveaway sees it bundling free Now TV Movies for two months with the Roku Streaming Stick.

Anyone picking up the Streaming Stick for £40 between now and June 19 will be eligible for a free Now TV Movies Pass (normally £9.99/month) for two months. Normally, you get a 14 day free trial if you’re a new customer signing up, so this is a pretty generous extension of the basic introductory period.

While Now TV is pricier than Netflix and Amazon, the deals Sky’s been able to sign with big studio names means that it’ll get big blockbuster titles before anyone else.

Currently all of the Harry Potter films are available to stream as are all of the Star Wars movies, with the notable exception of The Force Awakens, although streams of that will be coming to Sky Movies and Now TV exclusively later in the year.

Other titles available to stream now include Big Hero 6, Frozen, Fast & Furious 7, Mad Max: Fury Road, Fifty Shades of Grey, Trainwreck, Ted 2 and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

As well as the ability to watch Sky Movies titles on demand, the Movies Passes give you access to live streams of all 11 Sky Movies channels, so you can stream content ‘as live’, as if you had a Sky TV subscription.

As well as featuring Now TV, Roku’s Streaming Stick also gives you access to the PSB catch-up services – BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, My5 – as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
