On the Internet appears new images of the next smartphone from BlackBerry, which will be powered by Android. That device is called BlackBerry Neon and carries a model number DTEK50. This new images comes directly from the server of the Canadian company, where someone had posted them so that its authenticity is beyond doubt.

BlackBerry Neon will be the second phone of company with Android and its technical specification place it in the middle class. It works with Snapdragon 617 processor and has 3 GB RAM memory. Built-in storage is 16 GB and can expand it to 2 TB with an additional memory card. Regarding the display, it has a diagonal of 5.2 inches with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The back camera is 13 MP, while the front is 8 MP.

The phone is powered by a 2610 mAh battery that can not be removed, but is loaded with Quick Charge 2.0. The entire software for BlackBerry will be present here, so we can expect the BlackBerry Hub, DTEK, Password Keeper, BBM, BlackBerry Calendar, etc., on Android Marshmallow.

The expected date for the premiere of the phone is in October.
