Both the Exynos 8895 and the Snapdragon 830 are set to feature Samsung’s best fabrication yet as the company’s foundries will be churning both of them out. And it appears that the churning process is beginning.
Samsung announced that it has begun producing systems-on-chips with its new 10nm FinFET technology. Compared to its 14mm build, it’s 30 percent more space efficient and can power up to 27 percent higher than before or ease down and save 40 percent more power.
Samsung is already working on launching its second-gen 10nm process for mass production next summer.
